Refund Policy

All purchases of our products and services are strictly non-refundable, so we encourage students to thoroughly review the system before making any payment. In the case of books, a full refund will only be provided if the product is damaged or lost in transit by the courier partner. However, if an incorrect delivery address is given or if the books are not accepted by the student, no refund will be applicable. Please note that we do not ship products.
